What is sesamoiditis?
Sesamoiditis is inflammation of the sesamoid bones beneath the big toe joint — two small bones embedded in the flexor hallucis brevis tendon. It causes sharp pain under the big toe base during push-off and weight-bearing activities.

What causes sesamoiditis?

How long does sesamoiditis take to heal?
